The Amazon lists had an artist listed by the name of Olga Tañon. She is easy to listen to but the album I have is not as interesting to listen to as the artists I mentioned earlier. There is an Olga Tañon web site. For a long time, it simply said being remodled. That is no longer true and it contains information of interest to any OT fan.
I saw Olga Tañon´s song Sobrevivir in the Billboard Latin Singles list and since she was in my "of interest" list, I purchased the album Sobrevivir. I was really surprised. I had forgotten how powerful her voice is. She makes Thalía and Paulina Rubio sound like they have really little girl voices. I don´t think the lack of a powerful voices is bad. It just limits the songs that you can sing and really sound good. I have also found in the past that you don´t have to sing well to be a really interesting performer. They are independant traits. Sobrevivir is in my current "Playing Now" list on my Zen2 and is playing in my automobile. So far, I like Caramelo and Ojos negros the best.
